After you sign up, we will match you to an available counsellor who fits your objectives, preferences, and the type of issues you are dealing with. Different counsellors have different approaches and areas of focus, so it’s important to find the right person who can achieve the best results for you. We have found that we are able to provide a successful match most of the time; however, if you start the process and you feel your counsellor isn’t a good fit for you, you may elect to be matched to a different counsellor.

You can get counselling in four ways:

• Exchanging messages with your counsellor

• Chatting live with your counsellor

• Speaking over the phone with your counsellor

• Video conferencing with your counsellor You can use different ways at different times as you wish, based on your needs, availability, and convenience.

When you sign up we do not ask you for your full name or contact information. You may pick any “nick name” which will identify you in the system. When you decide to start the counselling process, we will ask you for emergency contact information which is kept safe in the system so it can be used if your counsellor believes that you or someone else might be in danger.

A basic package of therapy starts from a price range of 2500/- for a duration of 1 month and frequency would be 1 session weekly once, a total of 4 sessions

The client will get a chance only once to change a therapist with a valid reason and mail us on the same request for a therapist change, this must be done 1 week prior to the next session.

Reach us through mail 24 hours prior to the session to reschedule and the rescheduling will be done only twice with a valid reason within the time limit.

Our company is following a no refund policy, as we will be following an organized pre-booking slot system method in order to maintain smooth functioning for the client and the therapists. On cancelling the slot on the day of session before 6 hours to begin session, would not allow you to reschedule session and it would be considered cancel & lapse of the session. Except for when the cancellation happens from our end.

We don’t have a policy that allows sharing the therapy sessions with others. We highly recommend you complete it or use it for yourself for better results and we can let you extend the validity of the package for 1 more month from the end duration of the current package so that you can carry forward the sessions and use it.

The validity of the therapy package is a 1-month. We strongly suggest finishing your sessions within the time frame of 1 month for better results and improvement.

We offer therapy sessions in English primarily. However our therapists do speak multiple regional languages like Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Marathi.

Online therapy is less expensive than the traditional In-house therapy as it saves the travelling cost and also gives you a chance to sit at the comfort of your house and book the slot at your comfort giving you a choice of taking face-to-face video session or On-call audio session with a great quality of therapy providers.

Our experts puts the same amount of effort, time, and compassion into the session in both online and offline sessions. Both the sessions are effective only on following the guidelines given by your therapist without fail.

Therapeutic counselling sessions is your journey towards self-actualization and betterment which help you to resolve your emotional and psychological issues by strengthening your coping abilities and cognitive capabilities.

 No psychologist can guarantee results within the prescribed session can definitely help you in progressing towards betterment by gaining clarity and control over the issue.

 It is impossible to let you know how many sessions you will need on the phone before the first session. Generally speaking your Psychologist, at the end of the first session is in a position to tentatively tell you how many sessions you will need. If the problem is deep-rooted, you will need more sessions. If you have been suffering for 5 years you will need more sessions than someone who is suffering for 1 year. So we advise that you start your treatment as soon as possible.

Before attending the counselling session make sure to have good stable high-speed internet connection and a private safe, noise-free, comfortable place to sit and talk to your therapist. You can also write down the points that you want to discuss with your therapist prior to the session.

During the session try to maintain a stable internet connection and avoid external distractions. Feel free and open-minded to sharing facts with your therapist.

After the session please make sure to follow the suggestions & exercises given by your therapist in order to see the improvement and for better results.

An ideal and effective therapeutic counselling sessions will be 40-50 minutes and maximum of 60 minutes.  

A psychologist has studied BA, MA, in Psychology, they may also have studied MPhil and Ph.D. in Psychology. They are equipped to diagnose and treat day to day mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, OCD, Bi-polar without medicine.

 A Psychiatrist is a trained MBBS doctor, who has learned to treat all medical health issues such as cough, cold, surgery, and even deliver babies. After MBBS, they do an advanced degree (MD) in Psychiatry and are trained to handle extremely severe cases, and generally work in hospitals and asylums. They prescribe medication.

You should always visit a psychologist first, who will then refer you to a psychiatrist if required.
